Details of LONDON O3-funded projects.

Pan London 1

The Pan London 1 Programme, ran from January 2005 to December 2006, and delivered £29.5 million of co-financed ESF through the London region LSC. Further to the main tendering round launched in 2004 which funded 57 projects, eight additional 1-year projects started in January 2006 following an Underspend Tendering Round.

The Programme met the targets below so far (final figures will be available after project closure in Spring 2007) and an overview of the performance to date is available.

  • Over 21,000 learners supported across London;
  • More than 4,000 organisations supported including SMEs and voluntary and community sector organisations;
  • Over 8,500 learners achieving NVQ-equivalent qualifications or Skills for Life awards;
  • Just over 2,500 progressions into further learning/training;
  • More than 600 learners progressing to employment.
