This Web site is produced and maintained by ECOTEC Research & Consulting for the Learning and Skills Council and represents ECOTEC’s interpretation of the LSC Pan London Programme, ESF Objective 3. The site should not be relied upon as a statement of the LSC’s views. In entering the site you as a user are accepting these terms and conditions.

Every reasonable effort will be made to ensure that the details provided on the site are correct. ECOTEC’s goal is to keep this information timely and accurate. If errors are brought to our attention, we will try to correct them.

The LONDON O3 Web site is provided ‘as is’, without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.

We do not warrant that the functions contained in the material contained in this site will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or represent the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the materials.

Privacy policy

Any information submitted by users of the LONDON O3 site is protected and held securely. ECOTEC maintains strict security standards to prevent unauthorised access to it. Details such as e-mail addresses are not submitted to any third parties.

The LONDON O3 site collects three kinds of information from its users: partner details (in the partnership brokerage section); feedback and queries (through forms and e-mails sent to the Co-ordinating Organisation); and site usage information (from server log files).

1. Partner information

Users do not have to register to use the LONDON O3 site, but we required some information for the partnership brokerage facility when it was active.

The required partner information collected consisted of:

• contact name
• organisation name and type
• e-mail address
• details of a proposed partnership

This information is displayed on the Web site and can be searched through by users. It is regarded as being in the public domain and ECOTEC assumes no liability for any consequences arising from its display on this Web site. The data is stored securely on ECOTEC’s server and also on back-up tapes to avoid loss of data.

2. Feedback

The Co-ordinating Organisation welcomes feedback on any aspect of the Web site and users can contact us via e-mail and the online forms. Your comments are seen only by members of the CO and will be dealt with as soon as they are received.

3. Site usage information

Log files allow us to record visitors’ use of the site. This information is generated automatically by ECOTEC’s Web server and is used to make changes to the layout of the site and to the information in it, based on the way that visitors move around it. Log files do not contain any personal information.

Listing and linking should not be taken as an endorsement of any kind and we accept no liability in respect of the content.
